The department deals with the creation, development and current changes of any web sites for the company. Taking the project from the zero stage, they serve it until the end, making all technical connections (license, integration, payment systems, etc.). They post content for websites (translations, placing banners, header, footer, etc.) and provide UIUX services. They work for sites like: VBET (all regions), Fastex, Arleam, WineDoor, BFTH arena, First Run, etc.

Technology Department
Functions of the department:
Among the functions are: Monitoring, QA, VBET UI/UX DEVELOPMENT, Product Content (VOT)
The work of the Monitoring team is to constantly monitor the work of websites and products and, in case of a failure, to transfer the problem to the appropriate department for solution. We have a special toolkit with which they are able to monitor the slots working on the site 24/7 and if they notice any malfunctions, they quickly remove them, working closely with Softconstruct’s monitoring team.
The work of the QA team is to detect and create tasks on all the small code problems (bugs) of the websites and products which can prevent the smooth operation of the website and any product or create inconveniences for customers. All this is done through various techniques and testing methods.
The VBET UI/UX DEVELOPMENT team is responsible for the creation of UI/UX designs, the preparation and support of websites, web pages, as well as the creation of animation elements in the web domain.
UI/UX, in turn, is divided into 3 sections: Design, Development and Web Animation.
The Product Content (VOT) team's job is to create websites and make ongoing changes to websites. The work process is to provide updates or additions (for example, header, footer structure with its sections, logos, connecting languages, connection and layout of necessary sections of the user profile, installation of logos of partners, social networks, download of information about payment systems and logos) on websites following the legal requirements of the specific region. The team serves 14 regions created on different platforms. Also, their functions include translating any landing pages, posting SEO content with appropriate translations, activating Skill games, posting thumbnails, and changing the order of games on the site.
Working procedure
There are two types of tasks: development and VBET. These tasks are communicated verbally by the Managing Director and then passed on to the head of the department.
If the task is of the development type, he carries out all the work with Soft's Technology Team by himself, if it is VBET, he passes it to the team leads (there are 3 of them). After analyzing the task, the team leads distribute it and makes it available to the employees, verbally or in a task version. Chats are created for the project, where all interested parties are present (for example, representatives from the region) and the work process begins. Simultaneously, brainstorms are held for current updates.
After the successful completion of the project, the site goes live and any changes from this stage are made according to the VHD processes, after their approvals.
Area of responsibility of the department
The team is responsible for the organization's technical infrastructure, the creation of new websites, their implementation and further maintenance. For carrying out accurate monitoring and timely removal of software problems.

VOT - The team uses the following platforms to organize the work process: CMS, Springbuilder, BME, Translation project, Jira Board and Panda Plus.
CMS: Most of the live regions are created on this platform.
Springbuilder։ 5 VBET live sites are created on this platform. However, any CMS region has its own Spring website designed for landing pages.
BME։ The platform allows you to create a new website with general settings and its products.
Translation project։ allows you to post translations on New web/mobile, Payment, Sportsbook, Easy app, Android app platforms.
Jira։ We use the Jira platform to carry out daily tasks properly and on time.
