The department monitors the products (Casino, Live Casino, Games) on the VBET website on a daily basis, ensuring the layout of the games, the layout of the providers, the functional correctness of the existing games, the accuracy of thumbnails, titles, the conformity of Badges, etc., as also, if necessary, opens requests to solve existing problems.

Functions of the team


In order to advertise any promotion, be it promo, tournament or game advertisement, the request is sent to the Casino Product Management team and based on them, the functions of the department are created, which consist of different elements, they are:

 

  • Carry out ordering of games and providers (in the 3 aforementioned products) based on reports, existing contracts with providers, promoting of new release games, etc.,
  • Follow all games so that they correspond to their categories, if necessary, perform categorization, badge correction, ensuring their preservation, select the most appropriate one for the given region from the uploaded thumbnails, etc.,
  • Monitor New game release games, ensure timely and problem-free activations on websites, after which open tasks for QA team to check games, in case of problems, direct to appropriate department for correction,
  • Enable and disable games from CMS,
  • Activate new providers, ensuring promotion (i.e. after connecting, organize the layout, after receiving the necessary materials from the provider, open a task for the marketing team to install a banner, open a task for the QA team to check the connected provider's games),
  • To solve bugs in Casino, Live Casino, Games products, provide appropriate advice in tasks, as well as perform per client incident checks in the case of Games section's games,
  • To organize local and network promotions for Casino, Live Casino games. (In case of the local, the agreement is created by us as a result of negotiations with providers, then tasks are opened for the marketing team to create banners, which in turn contain information about the terms of the promotion. Network promotions are promotions from providers (B2B partners), which are not exclusive and are not intended only for VBET, in this case tasks are also opened for the marketing team, after which they organize the advertising of the promotion, according to the banners and conditions previously received from the providers,
  • Carry out Wonder Wheel, Tik-Tak promotions and raffles on a daily or weekly basis (in some cases this work is also carried out during non-working hours),
  • In case of new games in Live Casino and Games, open requests for the legal team to send the games to the Ministry of Finance and get approval, meanwhile answering questions from the legal team about the games,
  • Ensure the promotion of the ORTAK project (arrangement of games, advertising, circulation check and promotions),
  • Reach agreements with providers with the aim of having exclusive games first on VBET,
  • On Regulated markets, such as Vbet UK, check that the games are on the RTP list before enabling them (in these markets games that are not on the RTP list cannot be enabled), and also check if the correct thumbnails have been provided for the games, as that there are specific requirements for a specific region. (For example, animations, images of people or animals should be avoided),
  • Using the Backoffice program, generate analytical reports, carry out analyzes about games, providers, promotions.

 

Working Procedure

  • The workflow includes working with Betconstruct B2B team's working files. They are:
    1․ New game release sheet, from where you can see the games of the day that need to be enabled. Once they are enabled, tasks are opened for the QA team to detect and timely remove (fix) the existing Bug in the game.
    2․ Casino promotion sheet where information about upcoming promotions can be seen. Then tasks are opened again on the VHD department in order to promote these promos. The VHD, in turn, sends the tasks to the corresponding departments, these refer to both local and network promos.
  • During the working procedure for new Live Casino games, the department employees open a task again on VHD where they collect complete information about the game description, and the task is transferred to the legal department. They, in turn, send it to the Ministry of Finance for approval. The Casino Product Management team follows the whole process.
  • Tasks containing information about winners of Wonder Wheel and Tik Tak promotions are also opened on the Casino Product Management team and they compile and present the list of winners.
  • Before starting the Wonder Wheel and Tik Tak promotions, they select games which will participate in the promotion in the form of free spins and bonuses, then open a task to VHD, VHD transfers to CRM for the creation of free spins and bonuses, CRM gives the bonus IDs that are used during the creation of Wonder Wheel and Tik Tak (wheels are made by the Team Lead).
  • Part of the work is done without opening tasks and is mechanical in nature: enabling and disabling, creating a badge and category, changing thumbnails for the game as well as ensuring the layout of the games according to the existing contracts.


There are tasks that come directly to the team lead - Arman Khachatryan. He distributes work and monitors the working process, there are such tasks that are always done, for example, the preparation of game circulation reports to present to the head.

It is the team's responsibility to ensure the promotion of Casino, Live Casino, Games on VBET sites by responding to inquiries quickly and on time, providing correct information about promotions and games.
