The Customer Request Processing Team is one of the teams of the VBET brand of "Soft Contract" CJSC, which carries out (currently) the processing, granting or rejection of customer bonus applications in the Turkish market. The Team's goal is to continuously and continuously process, grant/reject customer bonus applications, and recruit customers, thereby ensuring the constant growth of the company's turnover and profitability.

The Customer Request Processing Team is responsible for:

- Provision
- Rejection
The main working tools and platforms the team works with are:
- AGP/back office - main working software, checks and corrections are made through it
- JIRA – a platform for tasks
- Pandayo/Pandayo Plus - individual and group communication platform
- WhatsApp - group communication platform
- MS office (Word, Excel) - are used to prepare guidelines, documents
- Google Spreadsheets
- Lookerstudio
- Google forms
- Gmail - platform for email correspondence
Working Procedure:
After receiving the request, the employee examines the gaming history of the customer submitting the given application, checks the top-ups and withdrawals, the amount of money on the balance, the bonuses previously provided, the general gaming history - frequently played products, the total turnover, the client's gaming category, etc. Analyzing the request rejects or provides the bonus.
The applications are checked in accordance with the established procedure, in accordance with the given guidelines, if necessary, and before providing an individual approach to the clients, a discussion is held with the team lead, and in the case of complex cases, also with the specialists of the risk management department.
