Marketing Project Management
Marketing Project Management department is the combined direction of creative marketing and acquisition marketing. The department deals with the creation and management of various marketing projects, as well as the organization of virtual and non-virtual events within the organization and internationally. The department also manages vbet.group's social networks and website, including creating and implementing a content plan, creating weekly reports on the state of social networks, and quarterly budgeting. They closely cooperate with almost all departments of the company and create unique marketing projects.

Functions of the Team
The department's functions are divided into two parts: main projects and ongoing (short-term) projects.
Among the main projects are 4 annual expos, VBET CEREBRUM (Virtual platform where events are held), as well as coverage of Euro Football Evro (VivaFTN2024), Copa America, World Cup within VBET and creation of marketing strategies. Elaborating on the above, it should be noted that, for example, the team works for more than 2 months for each expo, and the preparations for the Ice London expo were carried out in 6 months. The social media pages and the website of vbet group are considered the main and special projects, so their management is entrusted to the Marketing Project Management team. Vbet group covers various news about the company, vacancies and new collaborations. Current projects are considered those in which the team is involved once and they are short-term. Such projects are, for example, the integration of Hoory or the birth of FT-NFT.
Working Process
The work process starts when there are marketing tasks from the Managing Director (Arman Khachatryan), the HR department or sometimes the CEO of the Company (Aragats Asatryan). In the first step, the head of the Marketing Project Management team, Head of Sponsorships and Creative Marketing (Armen Oganisyan) is informed about them and if the task is within the team's responsibilities, he verbally assigns it to the team lead. After understanding the project style, the team lead transfers the task to the Project Manager, taking into account the skills of the employee.
For the project, the departments with whom they will work are determined, tasks are opened for them on Jira and deadlines are set for their execution. Currently, brainstorming is frequently carried out for the exact work of the project both by managers, collaborating departments, and within the team.
Area of responsibility of the team
The responsibility of the team is to properly develop the VBET brand, to manage the organizational work, because the first responsible department for any failure within the project is the Marketing Project Management.

Pandayo messanger - The platform is used for faster communication, suitable for voice messages. Google Workspace - Used for email, documents, spreadsheets, meetings.
Other social platforms (Whatsapp, Viber etc.) - There are employees who do not have the Pandayo messenger application, and various social platforms are used to communicate with them quickly.
