The main goal and priority of the SMM team is to ensure brand representation on social platforms, to deliver existing products and promotions to the target audience, as well as to create bridges for creating an audience-product connection.

SMM Team

The functions of the SMM team are:

 

  • Content strategy development (Develop and implement a content strategy tailored to brand goals and audience preferences, as well as plan, create and collect interesting and relevant content for various social media platforms)
  • Audience engagement (Build and develop active audience engagement through contests, voting, comments, messages and other similar tools that require activity on social media platforms)
  • Analysis and reporting (Provide data-driven analysis and reporting, track and analyze social media metrics - KPIs, such as reach of published content, engagement, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Trend analysis and adaptation (Track the latest social media trends, platform news and industry best practices, adapt our strategy to maintain a competitive edge)
  • Collaboration and coordination (work closely with other departments such as Product Marketing and Customer Service to ensure effective team work, social media initiatives, business goals and campaigns)
  • Risk Management (Develop and implement strategies to manage and mitigate potential social media risks or negative public reactions. Perform proactive monitoring and respond at the right time to protect and enhance brand reputation)
  • Influencer collaboration (There is currently no dedicated specialist, so the team also deals with influencer marketing. This includes identifying, collaborating and managing relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase our reach and credibility. This includes negotiating partnerships, coordinating campaigns and measuring their impact)
  • Feedback (Providing interaction with users through comments and messages on social media pages, solving problems and issues in a short period of time, referring to the right department, significantly easing the work of the website's service section
    - Moderation of comments and posts on social media, removal of SPAM and negative comments that may affect the brand's image and reputation)

  • Lead SMM Specialist/Board Manager (Assist with social media strategy implementation)
  • Community Manager/Customer Service Specialists (Provide direct communication with users through messages and comments)
  • Social Media Analyst (Monitor social media posts and analyze data)
  • Graphic designers (Create visually appealing graphic banners for social media)

Working Process:


The SMM team works closely with these teams:

 

  • Regions
  • Product Teams
  • Other Brands


Tasks are received from the specified teams 1-3 days before. There are cases when the tasks are sent by the management, in those cases the specified tasks are sent directly to the SMM team.


According to the product, the work is divided among the team members by the Team Lead. The work starts, the employee is responsible for the timely delivery of the task. When the SMM specialist completes the work, it is checked and approved by the Team Lead. There are cases when the SMM team opens a task for the designer when it is needed.


The team can also open tasks when they offer contests on social media.


Product teams may open tasks for longer tournaments, in which case the distribution is handled by the Team Lead, and the work may take several weeks or months.


In the case of cooperation with other brands, it is necessary that this cooperation be approved by the business management. After approval, the tasks are opened directly by the SMM team. Partnerships may not be approved if the team is currently very busy or the brand does not meet the company's advertising standards.
