By collaborating with all marketing departments, the Sport Product Marketing team develops and creates competitive marketing strategies that align with business goals. Conducts market research to understand customer needs, preferences and behaviors, then develops various loyalty programs to retain existing customers. Target segments are identified, similar programs are developed for the integration of new customers as well. Plans and executes marketing campaigns using various digital, email and mail or social platforms and creates reports on the work performed.

Functions of the Team
The functions of the Team include the development of various marketing solutions to promote sports products in various markets, working closely with the regional teams, CRM, marketing and business development departments.
The initiation of various marketing strategies is also included in the functions of the Sports Team.
They provide service by planning marketing strategies for the regions, analyze the competitive market and develop promos for them. Sometimes they contribute to the creation of products and do planning related to them (for example, Predictor) by performing analysis. For Sport, they create new functions and update existing ones, ensuring customer loyalty.
Working Procedure
The workflow consists of 2 operational parts, depending on the type of campaign, they are public or private.
Public campaigns are exclusive promotions only for VBET. For these promos, the employees of the department assign themselves tasks using epics (A working area where all the elements related to the process are consolidated), where tasks are placed and deadlines are set for them, mentioning the departments with whom they will be working.
Private ones are the segmented offers that are developed either by the team or together with the CRM department. The team provides marketing materials for the given offer (for example, communication links, landing pages or news papers) and the CRM department opens a task via VHD, discusses the details of the work to be done, and after setting deadlines, the workflow begins.
Area of responsibility of the team
The team’s obligation is to develop sports products, manage the organizational work, create a normal and uninterrupted work process with the technical teams and carry out proper work within them.
